If you are a regular reader, then you would know that I am on a health kick right now. As much as I hate to admit it, I have always been a snacker! Instead of wandering aimlessly through my cabinets, I have been on the lookout for some healthier recipes. Not only does this cut out bread, but it is a great way to get more vegetables into your day as well!
I showed these to my younger cousins, and they had no idea that they were made of cauliflower. This may be a great way to introduce “yucky” vegetables! It took about thirty minutes for me to create these, and they were delicious! Plus, these are a great low carb snack so you can stick to that pesky resolution!
