Are the Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks taking over Sephora?

Wait, what is they hype about the Charlotte Tilbury Lipsticks?!

In case you didn’t know, Charlotte Tilbury has finally arrived at Sephora! This is pretty comical to me since I had to go on the website and order items, but are now at my favorite store! There are multiple versions of Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks, and I have to say, wow! Not only do they come in colors that are realistic for women, but the formulation is also incredible! I’ve tried the Matte Revolution and K.I.S.S.I.N.G so far, and they have become two of my go to lip colors. The real question is, what makes them different, and which is better for you?

Charlotte Tilbury Lipsticks

Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips

This is a super pigmented formula that is meant to give a matte finish to your lips. I find that it is more of a satin finish, but definitely nowhere near a glossy finish. The color that I have been loving is in Kidman’s Kiss. One of the biggest fears I have when it comes to anything matte is that dry feeling! Luckily, I haven’t experienced that issue at all. When I apply it, I get the best color payoff that I have had with a lipstick in a long time. This shade is a really warm pink tone that is just slightly lighter than my natural color. As you can imagine, this didn’t do much to fix the dryness of my lips, but I also don’t feel like it caused them to dry out further either. This is the most pigmented out of the Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks that I own, and comes in some really beautiful shades that I want to add to my collection!

Charlotte Tilbury K.I.S.S.I.N.G

Out of the Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks, this is definitely my favorite formula. I have the color Bitch Perfect, and it is seriously a “my lips but better” shade. It feels moisturizing on my lips, and has pigmentation that covers my lips, but wears off beautifully. In comparison to the Hot Lips formulation, this has more of a luminous finish on the lips. It is quite a creamy formulation, and I find that it glides on my lips better than the Hot Lips. The lasting power is not as long as the previous lipstick, but I find this to be more of an every day lipstick based on how comfortable it is. I actually picked up this shade in particular after tons of my favorite vloggers/bloggers had recommended it!
